1. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or buying from it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Your account

• Give correct information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person, one account. Do not share your account or your key.
• We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or abuse.

3. Products

We sell digital products: MYRA for Android and Jarvis for Windows access keys, memberships, and source code. Descriptions, prices and offers can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Buyers outside India see a separate price, also charged in INR; your bank converts it to your currency.
• Payments are taken by Razorpay by UPI, card or net banking. Your product is delivered after the payment is confirmed.
• Taxes, if any apply, are included in the price shown.

5. Your licence

• A key or download gives you the right to use the product for yourself on your own devices, as described on the product page.
• You may not resell, share, rent or publish keys, apps or source code, or remove copyright notices.
• Source code is licensed for your own use and learning. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not redistribute it or sell it as is.
• All rights in the products stay with us.

6. Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy. In short: a MYRA key that is already active on a phone is not refundable.

7. Seller programme

You can apply for a seller account on your dashboard. These extra terms apply to sellers:

• A seller needs real details in their own name, and the UPI account holder name must match. We verify them before the seller rate applies.
• Verified sellers earn 10% commission on sales made through their link or code. Until verified, the normal 5% referral rate applies.
• If a payment is refunded, the commission on it is cancelled and taken back from the seller's wallet.
• Buying through your own link, or for people you control, to earn commission is not allowed.
• We can ban a seller account for breaking these terms. A banned seller earns no commission and cannot withdraw.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not try to break, probe or overload the service, or get around its protections.
• Do not use the products to break the law or harm others.
• Do not make misleading claims about our products or prices.

9. Our responsibility

We work to keep the products and the site running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
