Delivery policy

1. Digital delivery only

We sell software, access keys and source code. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no courier.

2. How you receive your purchase

• MYRA keys: shown on the thank-you page and in your dashboard right after payment, and emailed to the address you bought with.
• Jarvis and other downloads: available from your dashboard and the download page as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Source code: delivered on Telegram. After paying, open your dashboard and message @codeninjavik_official with your payment ID.

3. How long it takes

• Keys and downloads: instantly after the payment is confirmed.
• Source code on Telegram: usually within a few hours; at most 24 hours.

4. If you have not received it

1. Check your dashboard first: your keys and purchases are listed there.
2. Check your spam or junk folder for the key email, and make sure you used the right email address.
3. If it has been more than 24 hours, contact us with your payment ID and we will fix it or refund you.

5. What you need

• A stable internet connection to download and activate.
• A phone or computer that meets the requirements on the download page.
• A valid email address and, for source code, a Telegram account.
