Privacy policy

1. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash), or your Google account name and email if you sign in with Google.
• Purchase details: what you bought, the amount, the payment ID and the email you used.
• Seller details, only if you apply to be a seller: your name, address, UPI ID or UPI number and UPI account holder name, and when you accepted the seller terms.
• Messages you send us through the contact form, email or Telegram.
• Basic technical data such as your device type and the app version, used to deliver and support the product.

We never see or store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment partner.

2. How we use it

• To deliver your purchase, issue and email your key, and show it in your dashboard.
• To verify your payment, handle refunds and prevent fraud.
• To pay seller and referral commission, and to verify sellers.
• To answer your messages and give support.
• To keep the service secure and meet legal duties.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Card, UPI and net banking details go to Razorpay and not to our servers. We receive only the result of the payment and its payment ID.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site, and only as much as they need:

• Razorpay, to take payments and process refunds.
• Our hosting and database providers, to store accounts and orders.
• An email service, to send your key, receipts and password-reset emails.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• The authorities, when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and order records for as long as your account exists and as long as needed for refunds, disputes, accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account; we may keep records of payments that the law requires us to keep.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure cookies, and access to admin tools is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your account. We do not use them for advertising.

8. Your choices

• See and update your name and account details.
• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Stop any marketing messages (we only send service emails such as your key and password resets).

9. Children

Our products are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
